fine sights excellent staff
The location is excellent. There are fine sights and great public transport nearby. taxis are always available. The staff is really good. they are always ready to help, so i wanted for nothing. lunch in the hotel on my first day was AMAZING!!!

spacious double room separate shower accessible transportation
my five-night stay included a spacious double room with daily breakfast. the separate shower and bathtub were convenient features i appreciated. the location was fantastic near the brandenburg gate and public transportation was easily accessible.
i noticed a slight inconvenience with the ac not initially working in the room upon arrival.

Lovely european experience
convenient parking practical arrangement cozy beds
I found valet parking VERY convenient. The toilet has two entrances, one from the hall and one from the bathroom. This arrangement is quite practical. The shower includes two shower heads, one fixed and one hand-held. This made showering easy. beds here are really cozy.
i noticed only two large coffee cups were available. If guests want both tea and coffee, they might have to reuse the same cups.

The breakfast buffet has an excellent layout and offers a VERY good selection of food. You can order egg dishes and enjoy free-flowing champagne. The coffee is tasty. It is a fantastic way to begin the day.

royal style excellent hair salon superb breakfast
my room was decorated in a royal style with wood and lights. the hair salon and massage center were excellent. i also enjoyed the superb buffet breakfast with excellent staff and a beautiful lobby area.
the air conditioning was not working properly in the room. the temperature in the room could not be brought down to a cool level.

fresh fruits equipped rooms faulty air conditioning broken telephone
the breakfast had a wide variety. many fresh fruits were replenished regularly. the hotel rooms were well-planned and equipped with everything necessary for travel.
the air conditioning did not work well, it did not cool the room adequately (it was over 30 degrees outside). the telephone in my room also did not work.

the breakfast offered a good choice of foods.
my room had issues. the air conditioning did not work well making the room uncomfortably warm. also, the phone in my room was broken and i could not call for assistance.

champagne breakfast really good location attentive staff
I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. the breakfast buffet featured free-flowing champagne and a wide selection of tasty coffees. i found the location really good. It was close to many historic and cultural sights. the staff were very attentive.
My room's tv had hanging cables. This was not five-star level.
